NEWS ALERT!!!!! (Building Case)
Court case rulings of August 21, 2008.
1. J.C. Cutters has 60 days to submit permits for fixing main building.
2. Screens must be installed on the tent.
3. Ordered to clean and remove manure.
4. Must properly store horse feed.
The next court date is December 11, at 11am, Room 1103. This is the Building case.
NEWS ALERT!!! (Animal Control case)
Court date is October 7, 2008, at 400 W. Superior, Room 101. 1:00 pm.
This hearing will address the citations they received for not cleaning stalls.
Please note that we will post the outcome of this trial as well! Let's hope the judge has regard and respect for animals!
